AB The paper deals with the unknown building phase of the presbytery of the church of St. Francis in the St. Agnes Monastery, dated by dendrochronology to the first years "after 1303". It shows that after a local fire the top of the outer wall was raised and a timber reinforcement added, the remains of which are still evident in the attic. This phase of construction has not yet been recognised and it is identified and described here for the first time.
